Moorhead Community Education

Join University of Minnesota Clay County Extension for an evening of plant classification and flower pressing. During this workshop attendees will learn how to identify local flora, collection methods, and how to press and keep flowers.

We will start at woodlawn park, collecting and identifying local flora. We will then walk to First Congregational United Church of Christ, 406 8th St S, Moorhead, MN 56560, for the flower pressing portion. Rain or Shine (if thunderstorms are forecasted we will meet at First Congregational United Church of Christ for the workshop). Look for email on the day of the workshop for weather updates.
